Their security measures are a pointless hassle. Why do we need to enter the password and create a pin on the app every time and enable biometrics when it's enabled already? If I have enabled biometrics already, I should be able to log in using that (the whole point of using the app, for convenience), not to enter the password every time and enable biometrics, so useless. And it doesn't show the credit cards unless you keep reloading it, so annoying, worst banking app I have tried honestly.

Too many clicks to get what I want done. When paying billers, in the new version you can only make 1 payment. So if you have to make payments for 5 bills, you have to make individual payments. It's very time consuming n inconvenient. The new app has an OK UI but the UX is overwhelming, has too much information, unnecessary paginations instead of on-page scroll, this makes it very slow to use. If they change the functionality to do the minimum functions of the old app, it should be fine.

Very disappointed about user friendliness. The app keep requiring to use a new pin and bio metrics for each session when we login and there is no point of having a user name and PW in the first place. This Wastes too much of user's time and can't even download a PDF file of a recent bill payment and only option is to send.( Download button directs to file sharing too) Terrible Experience!
