The phone charging method does not work. I went to one of their agencies and they told me that the system is down. I have waited for more than a month and a half, but the application still does not work.and oh my... I have never seen an application in my life that has the same problem in a new update.My money is stuck. what bothered me a lot is that they didn't tell me about the problem and let me enter my money into the app.

Very bad application after recharging the balance the application does not work

I don't know how such big companies manage to ship the worst-engineered apps. Can you imagine: they initially let you create an account with a password that can have more than 12 characters, but when you get to the payment for a Recharge Téléphonique, they prompt you to enter your password but this time with a 12-character limit! They never set this limitation on sign-up and it looks like they're not even aware of this inconsistency as it seems many users have been having password issues. Yikes!
