I have used this app before on my old phone. It works but it has issues detecting location, not sure if the issue was fixed. Now, i had reinstalled on my new phone. BUT not able to recover my account, it says my email and IC does not match. How is that possible when it is the same email i used before?

Wanted to pay but couldn't log into the app. Got a notification: "Please check your internet connectivity. You may turn on and off your airplane mode to reconnect to the internet." Weird this is that I AM connected to the internet and it's working fine. After restarting the app again, I could get in but when I clicked the parking icon, the same notification popped out again. It's the same even after I've restarted the app twice. Is there a malfunction somewhere?

If there's no way to undo payment attempts for parking during disconnection, at least have the UI to instruct the user to make no repeating attempts as the actions may reflect upon reconnection, so that all attempts do not turn up to be unwanted payment for parking. Now, I have to pay 4 times for 30 minutes of parking. [26/04/2024] Print button in Terms does not work. Please advise if I've missed anything.
