how to refund I didn't buy your apps, I only used the free trial, I was automatically charged without informing me, I also didn't subscribe to your apps, I was accidentally charged for 1 year, pls how to refund my money, here are the receipts I need money for emergency purposes, it's not right that I only used the free trial and then you charge me like that pls get my money back I've already emailed you many times and you haven't even responded to my concern
