in this app everything is good except the help and support. I have done my payment using the automatic UPI payment but the receiver did not receive the payment. For this they have raised the ticket but its not been resolved and they have closed it without any conclusion. Payment was made twice and now i have lost my money.

I lost tooo much money from my account using this application and I didn't get solution from the assistant side 😕😕😕😕😕😕 .they mentioned within 2days the failed transaction amount from your will credit your account but this is third day still I'm not getting my my back . i can't take a failed transaction list from my statement status. i can't able to upload this. that's why I put a review.

The navigation is cumbersome... The Bot never helps you... Huge paragraphs of answers to the query come up, wasting my time... However still my query is not answered... Simple things like checking balance, changing the bank account are not answered... It is a very big hindrance if someone is sending money to you through PTM... Finally even for closing the account query, it only logs me out but does not close my PTM account...
