Ticket Bus Verona is the ATV, Azienda Trasporti Verona, APP you can use to purchase Verona and Legnago city bus tickets, tickets for suburban lines in the Province of Verona, Verona Airport AirLink tickets and tourist tickets for comfortable travel in Verona and in the whole Province (1, 3, 7 day tickets).
You can pay by credit card or by recharging your “Credito Trasporto” (Transport Credit), using a credit card, SISAL Pay, PayPal, Masterpass or Satispay

Very frustrating as I did not receive the SMS code to activate my account. I can buy a ticket from main places such as the station but not from my apartment. Very disappointing as it made my route of travelling harder for the day. Its a real shame because if it had worked it would have been very handy.

What is the point of pushing this app when it doesn't work or send you an activation code? It ruins a decent public transport option. You can buy tickets at the station on a ticket machine just dot a few of those around the city job done.

This app worked perfectly for more than a year, then overnight it stopped being able to connect to its server. However, after contacting customer service at mycicero the problem was resolved and the tickets that I lost when I had to uninstall the app were restored to my account, therefore I changed my rating from one star to 4 : good customer service is a valuable plus. I would only suggest that how to reach customer service for the app would be more transparent.
