Anytime I watch something an error message pops up ever 5-10 mins. I then Spend the next 5-10 mins trying to get the show to play again. Only for it to happen again. So painful!! I pay for a service I can't use. I can only watch from my phone or laptop as I can't download the app on my smart tv's even tho I have zero issues with any other app. I have Netflix/Prime/Disney and have no issues with their mobile apps or getting their apps on my tv. Over it! Going to cancel my subscription.

Was good for years until tonight and I've tested my Chromecast and it's working perfectly fine. Every 5-11min it will buffer and then show a gray screen saying "Sorry we encountered a problem playing this video that we couldn't recover from. Please try again later" I tried to update but there isn't one available.

Don't. Just don't. I've paid for a rental movie but the app can't connect to Neon and is helpfully advising I should check my Internet connection. Other platforms stream just fine. Read other reviews which mention the same issue. I've tried all the usual fixes, as have other users, with no success. Don't waste your time and money too.
