On the plus side you no longer need an app to be able to shop (I downloaded this and then uninstalled once I realised), just go to the New World website and sign in. The downside is an even more heavy and clunky shopping experience than the app ever was. Using the website is so much slower and not the most straightforward experience. Also very surprised that you still cannot see individual product information like ingredient list, nutritional values, and where the product comes from.

App constantly crashes, I had to uninstall & reinstall so I lost my time slot! Every time I wanted to look at the specials it kept taking me to my previous item ordered. it's very slow loading. it doesn't have all the brands listed. Lately it won't let me check cart. I missed loads of items last week as I thought I'd added but they weren't there! please fix all these glitches & make it more user friendly!

App is handy for looking up special deals. I would consider actually using this app for purchasing or shopping online if there was an Alexa skill that translates the stuff I add to my existing (voice-generated) Alexa list, into a NW shopping list. If I can't bark voice commands at my digital shopping list when I'm mulling about at home, then that digital list doesnt really meet my needs, as it would take just as much time to recreate the list as a stroll round the shop would.
