On the plus side you no longer need an app to be able to shop (I downloaded this and then uninstalled once I realised), just go to the New World website and sign in. The downside is an even more heavy and clunky shopping experience than the app ever was. Using the website is so much slower and not the most straightforward experience. Also very surprised that you still cannot see individual product information like ingredient list, nutritional values, and where the product comes from.

Works fine, but if I may offer a suggestion. It would be good if the shopping list feature could give the total cost of the list and that when scanning an item in from the shopping list search bar would add the item to the list automatically and keep the scanner open to scan more items in quick succession, instead of taking you to the product page.

Generally easy to navigate and find what you want. But the speed of being able to change quantities of items is very frustrating- trying to press the plus button 5 times and having to wait a second or more between increases makes the experience slow. Another thing is it would be nice to see prices on the drop down search listing of items

You can shop online anytime with the New World app and now you can manage your Clubcard with the app as well. Plus keep an eye out for New World Express coming very soon!
