The app is real easy to use. However, if you ever have any issues with it, getting hold of somebody to help them.It's damn near impossible. the app was telling me I don't have in any cases in my location. I have two in the town I live in before the issue.It also considered three of the ones in nearby towns in my area. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it.And now it won't let me in. Their phone number informs me. Nobody's here right now. There are online support. takes forever to get back

The Casey's app tracks your location without your permission. My security suite (with a solid reputation) has detected this app using GPS to track my position, and there is not even an indicator in the app nor the typical setting to grant permission to track location: "Only when using the app", "Always ask for permission", etc. You have no way to disable it other than uninstall the app. 😡

The app won't let me log in, after it logged me out for unknown reasons. I've been trying for months to log in, even changed my password after thinking I put in the wrong password. The moment I click login, it does nothing, no matter how many times I click login. Whatever is going on with the app, it needs fixed. I'm sure I have tons of points stacked up, that I can't use since I've been logged out of the app for months now. I've cleared the app data and app cache, uninstalled and reinstalled.
