Ok, I love Casey's, and I go there 19 times out of 20 when I need gas, but their app sucks. The points never redeem for that much considering how long it takes to get them, every time I try to sign in it sends me back to the sign in screen and never works, when you redeem points for gas, you only have so long to use it until you literally just lose all your points, and that is never said until you redeem them. I do like the scratch off game, but that is the only good thing about the app.

The most recent update they deliberately removed the mix and match and rewards offers from the main page, and put them only on the rewards section, way down at the bottom, auto scrolling through ads so it's as hard and annoying as possible to play daily. Likely so there's less people who can find it so they don't have to give out as much free stuff! And the APP FORCES you to update so you can't get around it. Another greedy corporation doing greedy corporation things.

The ordering experience is so inconsistent. I haven't been able to pay for an order in the app in probably a year. I always have to do pay in store. Then even getting the order to complete a coin toss. It's quite frustrating and I often find myself giving up and ordering elsewhere. It makes no sense.
