Can't delete (or even rename) cards. So if you get a new card then you end up with a list of CC on the account. Had a payment fail to go through as card had expired, but no message to tell me this, no call. So next time I tried to book it wouldn't until I'd paid that old journey (fair enough) but the app wouldn't take the payment. Took 40 minutes of trying and turned out had to log out and log back in again before it would process the old transaction.

My review of the old Zoomy app said it could do with extra features: change destination, add more stops, split fare. I haven't checked if the YourRide version has these options but I suspect not. I used the new taxi service for the first time from the airport at the weekend, it worked well. I hate the new name though, it's really clunky to use. "Gonna get a YourRide" does not roll off the tongue like 'Gonna get a Zoomy".

Used it once but I won't use again. Booked a pickup it said was a minute away. It stayed as a minute away for five or six mins, then changed to 7 mins away. Finally turned up 15 mins after I had requested. It is clearly not real time tracking. I tried to cancel when it was taking too long and it said if I cancelled I may be charged a penalty fee, with no info about the conditions for charging a fee or the amount of the fee. It is useful for getting a fare estimate though.
