Ratings and reviews

The app experience is poor. Despite having fingerprint biometrics set up, and my exemption for prescriptions, every time I log in, I have to set up both again, and that's after having to log into the NHS. I always add my N.I number too, but the app never remembers any of these inputs. I may as well ditch the app, and use a web browser to log in, as the app is a waste of valuable space on my phone. EDIT: Thanks for the response, but I've already described the exact issues. I can't do any more 😌

The overall functionality of Chemist4U is very good. However the app is unusable because it always reverts to "authentication failure" and the palaver of password resets, reinstalling the app, etc. every time I try to use it. If you're happy managing your prescriptions with your PC I can recommend them. If you want to use an app on your phone, try a different app.

App is completely useless. It keeps saying my password is wrong even though I’ve checked it multiple times and used “show password” to confirm. I’ve cleared cache/data, force stopped, reinstalled, restarted my phone, and even tried mobile data instead of Wi-Fi — nothing works. I’ll be switching to a different provider as this app simply won’t let me log in.
