Prisma Health GO app helps you navigate each step of a visit to Prisma Health facilities. Prisma Health GO allows you to locate a provider practice, patient room, department, or amenity using your smartphone, then provides turn-by-turn guidance from your current location all the way to your destination- including indoors. Prisma Health GO will direct you to the closest parking area and then save where you’ve parked to navigate you back when it’s time to go home. Other features of the app allow you to look up a Prisma Health provider, make an appointment, access patient information using a patient portal, pay your bill, and see waiting times for our emergency rooms as well as our convenient urgent care.

For it has been some time since I had seen a real Family Medicine Doctor. Really some time. 20 something years at least. I, suffer from anxiety and PTSD and knew I was well over a check up. Greenville Family Medicine is one of the best facilities, and the staff is amazing. They were very welcoming and sent me the paperwork via cell phone to have all filled out before I arrived to the appointment. My Doctor was a great source to have and he listened intently to my needs .

It was a great app at first. But I do not appreciate dishonest information from a family physician I only had a visit with two times both visits I was only able to speak with only 5 minutes each visit at the most. I made the appointment for my back and legs, due to the fact I had numerous Falls due to losing control over my leg function. The nurse check my blood pressure which was high I think some part was due to worry along with pain. Only check blood pressure and was sent to ER BOTH x.

Google interfered with my password progression, forcing me to use THEIR saved passwords for this app, NONE of which worked. I had to delete all 3 and start from scratch. Otherwise the app is keen on details.
