I'm sorry to say this amazing app is broken for me. I've changed my Reddit password multiple times and I still can log in. I've changed my default default browser, cleared data and cache, waited 15 minutes, nothing. The strange thing is that I'm able to log in to a stand alone browser but the second it's through the app, in a browser, it says username/password not valid, as if my keystrokes are wrong.

Thanks for the review, the issue is with Reddit's login site and affects multiple third party apps, but it's highly intermittent and affects a subset of users some of the time. I've been contacting Reddit regularly for months with detailed debugging information about the issue, and they don't seem to care about fixing it.

This is a good 3rd party app for reddit. My only complaint so far is that there is no pause feature on videos. On RIF, you can pause and slide to any point in the video. Here, if you touch the video to pause, it just closes the video. Other than that, great app. Edit: And this is exactly why I made this review, hoping you would say exactly that! Thank you! Increased to 5 stars.

Good news :) You can enable this feature under "Settings > Images/Video > Enable video playback controls". The app has a ton of customisation options like this, so you can tweak it to suit your preferences.

I couldnt find a way to change it to look more compact. It's the "cards" format that's default on most apps. I prefer a list or compact layout, I dont want big videos that I'm not interested in cluttering my feed. Maybe theres a way to change it, but it was too difficult for me to figure out. Looked through all the settings. It's also very slow just like new reddit and the reddit app.

Hey, are you just looking to hide the inline images/videos? If so, this is under Settings > Images/Video > Inline image previews. I'm surprised to hear it's slow for you, the app is very lightweight -- the issue is possibly your internet connection. Turning off images may free up some bandwidth though!
