Ratings and reviews

This app gives easy access to patient records. Check-in for appointments can be done before arriving, including co-payments. I love having access to lab results before I see the doctor which allows for more informed conversations. The post-visit notes are helpful too although only as good as the person inputting the information. Easier than phone calls to communicate with doctors. This app runs smoothly; I haven't encountered any glitches.

Love being able to leave a message for my doctor easily at any time of day. And I love having all of my health records in one place. That's where the love ends. So many of my medical tests and vaccinations etc are missing and apparently the only way to get them added is to contact the app team and give them the information. Seems like it would make a lot of sense to add the option for the patient to add their own information in-app and then someone on the app team could just verify it.

Have always been able to use with no issues. Today I tried to use the app, as I always use it, from the icon downloaded to my phone & got a screen with nothing on it but RRH MyCare in the top left. Updated the app & it's still happening. I can login by going to MyCare in my browser, but can no longer login using the app icon I downloaded and have been using for over 2 years. Edit: deleted the app and went to reinstall it and it won't install.
