One of the worst client support , so slow , so naive , totally ( NO PROBLEM SOLVING) CAPACITY, they ask for many documents to fix error generated by their systems , also its a waste of time , in finance world , if the intermediate company or the financial institution does not respect time = don't think twice eliminating it from your plans ... professionally speaking . If you have no other choice you can use payphone , but always there are many choices 👍🏻

I cannot register my user because it says it already exists and when I try to reset the password it says, there is no such user ID or Email. @Support, any help?

Awful. They never cancelled the $1 charge to check my credit card nor did they add that money to my wallet. Very unprofessional ve warned.
