I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

The SIM I registered with UD Bank got deactivated. I contacted customer service and submitted a ticket to request a change of my registered number so I could continue receiving OTPs. That’s when the hassle began. First, they asked for my availability to verify the details. Then, they requested a formal letter explaining the reason for the change. It didn’t end there—I had to resubmit the letter three times because the ID I attached was considered unreadable.
