Ratings and reviews

App works well for all use cases I have, but it can be improved. Sometimes I get unexpected error, often session gets disconnected while I'm filling out the form - that's a bad user experience. On the other hand, I like the good navigation through app and that you can do a lot of things in the app instead of going to the bank personally.

2FA should be turned on by default - yes, but if I don't want to carry my phone around, have a secure network and an operating system on my computer and if safely manage all of my passwords, I want to be able to turn it off. I want more control over MY money, and I want to use the web-app without using my phone. Basically, default security settings should be the way they are, but let me turn it off if I know what I'm doing. I don't even want to talk about pitiful design choices.

This app can't be installed on Huawei P10 Lite (not even with GBox). All other Yettel apps are available and works properly. I hope this issue will be solved asap. I'm using this app on tablet (temperary) and the app is great!
