Ratings and reviews

Booking a dental appointment with this app is terribly inconvenient since you have to click on *each day* to see if there are any slots available. Can there be a function to list all available slots with the nearest date listed at the top? If you submit a request for a human to schedule a dental appointment, the human just redirects you back to the app to book an appointment. 🙄

The app keeps hanging. More often than not I have to log singpass twice, either at login page X2, or after login, need to singpass again at lab reports. It is also ridiculous that daily maintenance timing is at the same time that polyclinic appoints open for booking, at 10pm.

App keeps getting stuck unable to load page, then needs Singpass re-login each time that happens, which is extremely frequent. The same page could fail repeatedly with repeated re-re-logins. Simply unusable. HealthHub website in browser is way more stable.
