This app is too "sensitive." I can hardly scroll through without accidentally clicking on three wrong things. When I finally look at the shoes I'm interested in, all the pictures load and I scroll down, but the app then changes the way the pictures can be viewed from "scroll down" to "scroll to the right." It's super annoying, and difficult to use.

Thre app is slow and incorrectly responds showing you stuff you didn't click on and making you "fight" to look at what you want to. The checkout process doesn't work at all. Google Pay takes you into a loop where it demands you use chrome but then refuses to open in chrome. I was going to make a purchase last night, got fed up. Tried again today, now sold out of one style in my size I wanted but yeah, now I'm like F it. Don't need to buy it. Most of shoes are ugly anymore anyway.

Beautiful shoes & worth every penny. I've never been disappointed with any Steve Madden purchase♥️, so that's why I keep coming back, as a loyal customer.
