Abu Dhabi Taxi is a user friendly application that offers the convenience of booking a taxi in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi “UAE” from your current location which is determined by the phone GPS.

Ratings and reviews

I have booked a taxi once and the experience is not great. The app is poorly designed and not user friendly at all. When you search for a place, it always shows irrelevant and incorrect location. It also doesn't have a proper taxi tracking system. Comparing this to Careem and Uber, this app needs to improve a lot. Right now this app is not reliable and I would not recommend to rely on this app if you are in an emergency.

The apps takes too long to book a ride. After waiting for almost 10 mins it says booking is aborted. Even there are so many taxis nearby my location. I tried other booking apps,and within 3 mins They sent me the ride. I think this has to improve as this app could have been good and user friendly.

The application is very bad; it is lagging most of the time. Sometimes the map does not appear, and it tells me that I cannot book a taxi from outside Abu Dhabi, even though I am in the middle of Abu Dhabi. Sometimes I book a taxi and it doesn’t show that the booking was made — no taxi number appears — and then suddenly the taxi driver calls me to say that he has arrived. The application needs improvement.
