Ratings and reviews

The app feels very scammy lately - they give you one price on the product page, then double the price in the cart. They ask for a lot of personal information - email, phone number, then once you provide it, they remove the first order discount. They also have imaginary discounts applied to the products, that aren't available once the product is in your cart. It used to be a nice app, but now, most products are bought from Shein and sold for double the price. The Assistants don't help in any way.

something is incredibly wrong with the app. return process and order details do not work. i cant even click on my order details. the trendyol bot doesn't work for the return- i can see 2 items onlyout of my order., they dont even have a direct email for customer support. so how are people supposed to reach out? i am now stuck with so many items that are too big for me and i am unable to return them. great.

Untrusted platform; there are many good items but there are also many fake items and you won't tell until you receive them. Delivery is a hastle, I made a big order of 43 items and I received them in 8 separated packages in 8 different times. Then when I wanted to return 14 of them I had to prepare 12 diffrent packages!!! They sent the courier who lost some of my items, the most expensive ones, then they told me to try to contect the courier and the merchant myself to solve this, what a shame!!!
