The app is not working well after update It's been good to have an official iHerb app. But after recent update, whenever I click into the cart, it simply can't load. I've uninstalled & then re-installed the app, but the same problem exists. Please fix it.
Good improvement but.. I like the new addition of a more colourful homepage. But with the HUGE variety of products on the website, the search refinement needs alot of improvement. Now there is a lack of Sub-categories.. and there're problems with the sorting of products. Eg. Products shown are definitely NOT best selling even though I selected "sort by best selling".
Terrible update... errors loading product pages It is DEFINITELY NOT the problem with the connection - your website is working FINE! I've been using the app & I've been a iherb customer for more than 5 years.. Please do not find excuses for a buggy app and I appreciate a prompt fix... Now the only thing that works in your website (I'm using note 3 lollipop)
The website is good but the app not Always when I search there is an error encountered while loading the page, I should go to the website if l want to search. That means the app is unhelpful, even when I Clear data after update
