Works ok until it doesn't. It won't recognise my login details. The so called support doesn't work either. Password reset doesn't work. This is the third time I've had this same issue in the 12 months I've had to use this woeful system. I'm currently locked out AGAIN so having to contact the school to re register AGAIN. After several months of it working it randomly fails. This is a recurring issue with SIMS that many people have. It's a pretty basic app with dated interface even when it works.

Such an appalling app, I wouldn't even give it 1 star if it weren't for the fact I have to in order to post a review. Absolutely love that you are signposted to a page for help logging in that requires you to 'login' to access any help. Marvellous logic. Consistently signs you out and pretty much impossible to get back in as a password reset just returns error messages. Add to the mix a school that never replies if you ask for support and you have all the ingredients for a total waste of time.

Highly unreliable, annoying. It often cannot be accessed and the logical option is to reset the password but they fails too. This is an important portal for school information, notices, safety etc and over and over fails. I have asked the school of my daughter to change this app to one that is reliable and delivers for the school for the students, teachers and parents.
