The app works fine apart from 2 things, I had a customers cheque to pay in and trying to do it via the app, is a complete waste of time, it keeps refusing the picture for different reasons, says the name doesn't match (it does) then it took the picture but wouldn't read the date, then it said it's not signed, it is. Really is a waste of time having that option on the app because it doesn't work. I eventually gave up trying to use it. Also, the online chat, there's never anyone available.

The only reason for 1 star less for a 5 star rating because when you what to print off a statement for the year you can only print 3 months at a time.

The app hangs up and doesn't log you in almost every time you try to open it. It works - seemingly at random - about one time in fifteen. Really, it's great fun if you've got nothing else to do. This is on a highly-popular mainstream Samsung Galaxy phone with bog-standard Android, hardly a niche device is it? The interesting thing is it literally means you can't use the business account because you can't set up new payees. Presumably TSB don't think this is something businesses will need to do. Unaccountably (pardon the pun) I've stuck with them even after being shunted to them from Lloyds after their merger came unstuck, even though my nearest branch is an hour's drive away, as all the rural ones are now closed, even stuck with them after their well-documented tech failings last year. But this risible app - and the fact that you're forced to use it, and literally can't - really is taking the mickey. Enough's enough.
