I do enjoy the app and find it is really good with the fundamentals. That said, I find the motivational voice & my music can drown out the instructional voice which slows me down. There's a "work on defense" option BUT there's no actual defense. I'd like to see more, Bob & weave, blocks, slips, feints incorporated in the workout. This would be great with kickboxing/Muay Thai included that would be chefs kiss. Otherwise great app in all other areas.

I got the app for the body detection. However, there are not enough combos. It's just jabs to the face, a cross to the face, a lead hook to the head, and a rear uppercut to the head. No body shots, no rips, no 4+ punch combos, no defense. So good app for a beginner and a good sweat, but if you are hoping to use this app to learn to box or improve your boxing skills? Not worth it. And yes, I did pay for pro. So this is not based on the free version.

Paid for a month subscription. It's been 24 hours and I still can't do any of the workouts and programs.
