We lost our dog after 17 years, and used Keepsake for some pictures of him that we wanted framed. The pictures are beautiful, and the frames accent the pics so well. Keepsake's Customer Service team was excellent. We emailed each other back and forth a few times to make sure the quality of the pics we submitted, and the frames we chose, matched up before our choices went into production. Kudos to the entire team! We will be lifelong clients!

Have several photos on my phone that I wanted to frame for wall art. After looking at several options, I downloaded Keepsake app. Uploaded photos, picked frames & voila, about a week later they arrived. So easy. Fast processing. Great product. My order was delivered by USPS to the wrong place ( USPS couldn't find out where), but Keepsake is replacing my order asap. They have been nothing short of fantastic, and even though it wasn't their fault, they are still replacing my frame. It's for a friend who lost a pet recently, so it's a little special. Can't recommend these guys enough. And was very quick with responding as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
