Every review is about not being able to sign in to the app. I just downloaded it for the 1st time -- andoq and behold, I get an error message -- a 'generic error message' that states you cannot complete this process and to contact plan administrator -- and I'm just trying to create an account. I can't believe you would put out such an unstable app and not send feedback to those trying to use it. Shame on you for such a bad product!!

Hot garbage. This app never works, I've had it for a long time and have only ever successfully logged in maybe 8 times out of 50 tries. I have Fingerprint, WIN and PIN and I have to use all 3 but always get some error message and can't access my account. Of course there is no help in the app, and the app itself when you get in is pretty bare bones. There are no screen transitions when you click you get an old analog TV static screen. Hot garbage. Bad programming.

Have had the app for years always worked fine. Every since the 3 for 1 stock split notification, it is inoperable. No log in option after clearing that notification. Have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. It's still not working. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Of note, my wifes phone is an S23 Ultra set up with fingerprint log in, and it works fine.
