Overall disappointing. Good app to get a coupon code for a site you may be visiting. Getting Rewards $$ has been less than acceptable. Only get about half of my purchases recorded or credited. Definitely doing correct- the trip gets reported at the time but don't get credit or rewards as promised most of the time. When I do it actually takes months for it to be applied. Very disappointed. Feels almost like a scam to get CO credit and never get the rewards when using my actual CO card. 👎

Your program is crashing the site I'm trying to buy from. Tried it on phone and computer - didn't work. Tried in a different browser, it worked. It worked fine yesterday when I was on the app, so I don't understand why it's a problem now. Now I either have to wait for it to resolve itself and lose the coupon that ends today or buy through a normal browser and lose the cashback. Thanks a lot.

Textbook bait and switch. They advertise a certain percentage of cash back for merchants, but even if you follow all the steps, they still mark your transaction as ineligible. When reaching out to customer service, they reply with a generic bulleted list of commonly ineligible products and say to wait a month, which is past the return window. In the end, you're getting no discount, and they're getting your information via tracking cookies.
