As the only maintenance person, this app has exactly what I need. Basic work order creation, updating, and completing. It has all the features you'd want for even the largest facilities where CMMS is an absolute. But if you need a no frills, vanilla way a replacing that note pad, MaintainX can do that too. Bottom line, it excells at all levels.

I mainly use it to add pictures to parts in the parts inventory. It's not bad for that. However it does crash occasionally. It also saves every picture you take twice. It saves a full size and a scaled down thumbnail. I assume this is for offline mode but I have offline turned off. The way the photos are saved they cannot be deleted in the app or by clearing cache. They must be manually deleted with a third party app. This takes up a large amount of space and slows down your device.

I use this app for 2 different nonprofits & for my own house and property. I wish I was high enough in the management chain to make it the app that we use at my day job, because it is so solid, so dependable & so easy to use! MaintainX is the best of its kind! I've been using software and apps to manage tasks, projects and calendars for well over 20 years & I've never found a system nearly as good as MaintainX, & I'm only using a free account. I can't imagine how much I'd like the full version!
