Ratings and reviews

JioMart's customer service is undeniably poor. Their delivery timelines are significantly longer than other online retailers. I've personally experienced this twice. In my first order, I purchased three items and paid in full. After a week-long wait, one item was missing upon delivery, claimed to be out of stock. It's baffling how a professional company can accept payment for an item that's unavailable. The refund process took an additional two weeks. My second order was even more frustrating.

I've had a consistently disappointing experience with my orders. Every time I place an order, there's always at least one item missing, or I receive a damaged product, or the quantity is less than what I ordered. This has happened multiple times, and it's incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure if the problem is with the store or the app, but either way, the service needs serious improvement. Very disappointed!

After this last update there are many problems in this app. This is an update or a downgrade. Earlier the pictures of the items were clear and representative of actual product. Now the many products are invisible after the update. Whenever we go for the filter (low to high pricing) , it shows irrelevant products. The previous version was far better. The available product inventory is not updated regularly. Specially in big cities , why the products are not available inter pincode .
