Ratings and reviews

Here are some things i wish this app can be improved on: 1st, separate the tags for the regular & saver orders in color. Like yellow for regular and green for saver. 2nd, the approximate distance shown in the app isnt accurate at times. Sometimes it shows that i need to travel 20++ km to TTDI frm bdr sri d'sara. But when i click on the order, the approximate distance changes to the right one. 3rd, pls make it easier for drivers to know who makes the order without clicking on the call button. Tq!

Very low commission scheme as what they describe as dynamic fare. Even though the fare is nowhere near to other transport companies, lalamove did not increase their fare and it totally suffering drivers. I'm driving 4x4 and honestly it doesn't worth it. Very hard to life, very hard, very hard...

Trash platform. Riders are expendable to them. Their only incentives are referral programs. Also have the habit of cancelling our orders and letting other riders take over while we're still moving to the location. No clear notification, zero compensation. Dont expect proper support from their team. Most of them are itching to disconnect or ignore you entirely
