I very much appreciate being given a free year because of my difficult financial circumstances. the app is straightforward while also having enough features to prompt you to examine yourself and your emotions. Having multiple types of journals depending on what your goal is is very helpful. There are explanations for any terms that come up that might be new to those who haven't done therapy. There are no ads. The best journaling app I've found.

I love this app! I have tried many other mental health apps, but this is the only one I have stuck with. It has really helped me a lot. The guided journal entries really help pull out all the thoughts and emotions that I need to deal with when I'm spiraling. I also love the other prompts like breathing exercises for when I am having panic. Highly recommend.

Did the free trial & saw that if you cant afford the app, you can send a request explaining your situation & they will try to help you. I had nothing to lose, so I messaged them- they really covered it for a whole year for me. Ive really been struggling lately & feel like I've been grasping at straws trying to find anything to help. even maintaining psych appointments has been a struggle for me lately. Having an app team actually care about helping others is truly amazing.
