The worst service ever, i subscribed few months ago, i paid for the installations, equipments and 1 year in advanced, i paid more than 200S without receiving a good signal since day one, i called the call center many times, u wait too long, they charge you for your call and at the end they ask you to pay 20$ in order to their onsite team visit you after 3 working days to check their installations and their equipments, and above all that they refuse to cancel the service and refund your money !!!

Very slow app to start and often crashes. It has many obstacles before reaching the live stream. I called the tech support they denied that the app has any problem and they wouldn't even listen. although CV+ has the best value for money given the options and channels that can be streamed. I wish they is a way we can directly access live streaming of channels with one click similar to other apps without logging in to the account and waiting until the screen loads etc..

The Cablevision+ app is not clearly differentiated from the Cablevision app in particular when it comes to renewal online and payment by card. There is no fixed date for renewal, rather it is 30 days of service. So we are out of service one day each 2 months. More effort should be done to give Cablevision+ its own identity.
