Definitely Amazing!! I LOVE IT! The only thing that I don't particularly like is when you go to swipe for the sms alert, I can never get that to work. That may be something that I'm doing wrong!? It also keeps sending me notifications that my machine, "Has 1 minute from being finished", and I just put them in, so I know that's not true. Besides that, it would get the full 5 stars!

Once you select a machine there's no way to cancel. This is very inconvenient and costly. The *start* button still must be pushed manually on a washer or dryer once chosen with the app. One would assume the app might recognize if a machine isn't started within a certain time frame, the user didn't intend to use it and funds could be returned to the account. What an archaic app, which offers users no way to correct mistakes made within the app. It's as though it was designed in the 1970's.

This app is good for payment only. It has no 'search' feature to find laundromats with Speed Queen machines. You have to find one first and either scan the QR code on one of the machines or enter the six-digit location code to add it. The app is almost useless except as a way to avoid carrying quarters around with you every time you do laundry.
