The app looks great and is easy to navigate. However, I'm a VIP so I'm supposed to get discounted pricing. It shows the discount prices before the final total and even the BOGO discount I received was the same amount on both the site and app, but the VIP pricing wasn't applied at checkout. So even though I had to pay for an extra tax fee on the actual website, it was still almost $40 cheaper than on the app. But I'll keep it downloaded for updates, and when this issue is fixed I'll use it.

They take your hard earned money. I had 2 credits that I was saving. They took them and said they can't give back. They took my money and won't give me my credits. DONT TRUST THEM!! THEY TAKE MONEY AND WONT HELP YOU GET THE CREDITS BACK, ONCE THEY TAKE THEM. THIS COMPANY ARE THIEFS!!

I love everything about JB. I've never been more satisfied with an app and their products like I am when it comes to JUST FAB. I've been a VIP MEMBER for 10yrs. and will continue to buy from them and their sister app/store "SHOE DAZZLE"
