this app has been nothing but problems since ive started using it. from having difficulty in seeing exactly what time appointments start and how long they are, to constantly being logged out and having to change my password to get logged back in, and not even being able to log in to clock in. I also use the actual MindBody app for a different job, which is better, but as of late with the recent updates rolling out, we have had issues with that platform as well. No better than paper and pad. 👎

Always tells me to check my credentials but won't log me in. The website on my pc is fine, sort of, but the app won't let me log in eventhough its the same password and has never changed. Get it right booker. They also call a lot with spam. Multiple times in a row. If you aren't going to give the app 100 percent, im not giving you my time anymore.

I hate this app... always buggy. Always kicking me out and reseting the login screen. Now I have to login everything again, account name, user name, and password. Makes it very inconvenient when I client is now waiting for you to log in again. Hopefully, you don't input anything incorrectly or you'll have to start all over. Not even a see password option to make sure you got it right. You would think because they get monthly income from the business they would continue to invest. Greedy
