Driver support is fantastic! They are easy to reach, and you get a real person on the phone. App is pretty straightforward and easy to use (unless your Internet connection is poor). Base pay is quite low, so you heavily rely on tips (like many other gig apps). I'm in the suburbs and still get offers that aren't 50 miles or more away... though I still get those, too.

This app has been so disappointing. I'm a driver for Uber and Lyft. over 3,000 rides and deliveries. Been on this app several problems with the app. the response from customer service has not helped at all. I'm pretty good at maneuvering apps but I'm just disappointed with the entire presentation of this company. People take time to send info over...background checks...purchasing of bags and in 2 months I've seen nothing but error message after error message. 2 alerts for low paying jobs.

since downloading the new app I haven't heard a peep at all.Nada... I've checked everything from permissions to toggle for offer. uninstalled, reinstalled. I used to hear the alerts multiple times a day. It's been 7 days nothing at all. I have only scored 2 deliveries since I signed up a month ago. I enjoyed it and everything was easy going. I live in very busy medical area. Not sure what is going on but hopefully it gets fixed.
