I used to love this app when it was barstool. Now. This app is extremely slow and super lack when there's a lot of games playing and i can't even stay on for two minutes before it heat up my phone and then kicked me out many times. I un-installed and re-installed for about 100+ times already and get the same results. The lacks used to be minimal and was i was able to do live bets but now it's beyond horrible. You guys need to fix lack issues. This used to be my favorite app not anymore.

It's been a month since I registered and I'm still waiting to be verified. I've been through customer support 4 times and their only response is wait for an unspecified time in the future. Avoid this and go for Draftkings or something else because this is beyond stupid. The US govt gave me a passport using paper and the mail faster than this. Still can't believe 0 stars isn't an option. I love the reply to reach out to support. I have...4 times.

Tried to sign-ups just now. It's having trouble verifying my identity (probably because of my way longer hair than my ID). Also, let us manually take the picture, it takes it before the camera focuses properly. I would contact support but according to other reviewers it's a waste of time. If a company can't get it right to even use the app and register, then I can't trust them with my money and cashing out properly. Too many better options/competitors out there to stick with ESPNBet.
