Ratings and reviews

I first rated IPSY in 2018 and I wasn't thrilled, but since then they've seriously grown on me. Their customer service has increased substantially. If I have an issue I contact IPSYcare and I get a response the same day. If possible go with the Boxycharm subscription. The glam bag is more affordable but you get a cosmetic bag every month and that's wasteful. I have a huge collection now. Ty IPSY!

I don't like how you all take money out of my account instead of just letting me know when to take it out or let you know the payment need to be made I mean when you take money out of people account or just do whatever you want to do it's not right. I think they need to set up another payment arrangement. You all are awesome I love your products they are awesome everything that I get is compatible to my face I love your lip glasses in eyeliner and mascara especially shaving creams and razor

As of late I've been giving the option to pick out my 3 products, but none of these products are anything that I want. Face oil and Primers (are labeled as "Don't really use") when you update your beauty preferences. Plus I can never find where I can write reviews and It also sucks that you take away are points when not used for a certain period of time. I think if I earned those points then they should be mine all of them for as long as I want.
