An awful app. It freezes and closes every single time I click "essentials." It will not stop asking me at each successive screen whether I want to get notifications from the app. And there's no option to tell them not to ask you again. If I said l didn't want notifications literal seconds ago, I feel like it's a safe bet that I don't want them now. Among other issues.

constantly crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled. nothing changed. everything disappears, and you need to start order again. then it takes you to another store no where near you. if you finally order without customization, it will go through. if you want to add things, it takes 5 or more tries before it being able to get order in. I called for help but only advice is to update or reinstall. this is for Android. AUGH....

Most restaurants that have apps allow you to build up points that you can redeem in the form of savings. Just Salad has a rewards section on their app, but they don't offer rewards. When I asked about it, I was told they offer "challenges" via opt-in email. If the average order is $13 to $15, and you don't have a rewards program via your app for regular customers, the challenge is justifying continuing to order $13 to $15 meals without any rewards.
