zero rating just because I am suffering from the last 15 days . there is no customer service, there is no branch option no branch will help us . very very poor app , with poor service.

since a month now Kotak cherry not opening any problem in this app or its only me whose facing this problem I have tried all the options given on u tube to open the app but not happening I'm been using this app for a year now without any problem why now

Don't waste time.Useless app. Existing SIPs are working from non kotak accounts but for any new SIP you can only use kotak accounts. Using a non kotak account or using UPI does not work. I tried contacting them multiple times but no response. You can't even redeem. It is a scam. I am going to close all my kotak accounts and register a legal case against them for scamming.
