Can't use the app keep said invalid response from server error 1003 Try reinstall still same

Keep pop-up invalid response from server, disappointed Unable to use at all , even I've restarted my hp also the same.

This app took so many years but still didnt fix company selection bug, only can use laptop browser to access it (mobile browser also not able to access it too). Still dare to claimed it as largest, richest, top 1 bank in malaysia, what a shame!
