The M2U Biz app will seek permission for the following:
• Access your accounts using Face ID and also upload documents when you apply for a new product or service.
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number or issue an invoice by selecting from your contacts.
• Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the Maybank2u Biz app in an SD Card.
• Access to your audio phone to enable you to make a direct call to the bank’s hotline.

This app is rubbish! The old app worked fine but this one doesn't work at all even though I have done all the necessary set up for my companies. Now I can't do any online transfers at all. Way to go Maybank! This is a sure fire way to lose your corporate customers. If we didn't still have our trusty chequebooks, we won't even be able to get our $ out!!

As many others have noted, it's been many weeks and the app is still incapable of downloading receipts. For a business banking app this is ridiculous. Not to mention ignoring the issue for so long. All suggestions of deleting the cache, reinstalling the app etc have been tried to no avail. It is a bug with the app not our devices. Update: despite multiple empty promises absolutely nothing has been done about this issue. There is no point using a bank that can't issue receipts. Goodbye maybank

the app doesn't do much, why not integrate the qrpay biz inside this app as well ? it should be together since it is a business app
