Do NOT use this app. We had a transaction shown as successful in the app for rm412.80, but in fact it did not go through to our bank account! There was no notifications or call to inform us, and we only realised because we checked our account at the same time. Maybank customer support is incredibly hard to get to, and they told me it was an internal problem at qrpay! I also had to monitor myself when it was finally credited. Intuitive app, but extremely untrustworthy for the money.

maybank..please help. There are many times when customers pay using QR...but QRPAYBIZ has no notification. There is no record either. But when I check the money in MAE it is there. It is dangerous for the transaction records of the customers who paid. I didn't notice. Please update and make sure it doesn't happen again. QRPAYBIZ has 2 to 3 payments in a day, there is no notification and transaction record. But the money is in MAE

pass few months already make a report to maybank , and Maybank hq about the app being unable to check daily report. it's been a few months and still no update to fix this problem, I can't even check daily sales from my branches. not sure how much loses am I making daily. please just update your app and don't tell me it's my phone problem when others also complained about the same thing.
