I was using my phone number prior to the app for rewards. I had near 40,000 points and lost them. They could have done a better job implementing the old to the new. Life goes on, all in all, it's a great program to save a few bucks. I wish they would integrate drivers license info into the mobile ID so we don't have to use that also for tobacco. My father in law said he won't go there for snuff because of this. He's 80 and grumpy though.

I have one issue to mention. First of all, I spend a lot at my local store. The reason is because of your employees mainly. You have great people but, you lose some people that are exceptional. You need to pay your great people higher wages, so the exceptional people don't leave. The real purpose of this review is to mention that all employees should be able to assist us when we want to redeem points. It holds up the line because redeeming points on your app isn't very easy to remember.

Setting up the app with an already established account isn't clear so you end up creating a new account loosing any points or rewards you've earned. The app also makes paying at the pump ineligible for earning points since the pump asks for an ID # and the only number the app gives is invalid and if it is located on the app somewhere there's no indication of where or what # they expect you to type into the pump. They basically took away convenience to force an app that barely works.
