I first must express how inexpensive it is for the amount of letters to text! The phone calls are reasonable as well considering what I've paid for friends I other faculty in other states. I just want to remind you all to write down your password! Because they are tough on security and it is time consuming to get through to support. Hopefully to all the incarcerated we miss, not to mention cost us will have a short stay!

This app sucks. Spend 15-10 minutes typing something up and then try to send it and it disappears. Or trying to open the app and it won't even open, keeps giving an error option. Spend hours trying to open the app with no luck, even after Uninstalling the app and installing it, it still won't open, I've even clear the cache and cookies in my phone hoping that would help. I have called and made a complaint about the technical errors and seems to still not have been fixed. Please fix issues.

It's hard to navigate through the app. You are supposed to be able to add contacts (searching by name) BUT where is the "search" option??? It's very slow & unorganized... In my opinion. This app could be so much simpler, if all options that are displayed worked. Some icons that you touch to navigate through the app don't work... I just feel like it could use some work within.
