It runs the network diagnostics, and gives a rating, which does not agree with all the other tools I have, which is saying something because I do enough WiFi diagnostics to have invested in the tools I have. It rated all the appliances in the area of the Orbit timer one notch lower than most of my other tools. This is probably the most important part: it did NOTHING to evaluate the Orbit timer's ability to see any signals so I could do something about it. Not enough characters to write more.

This app provides no local feedback, and instead provides it to a support tech who also provides no feedback. They did forward the report to me, which was helpful. But the results provided incorrect or non-meaningful data. It said the api was unreachable, it was and was responsive and that double nat was an issue (it is not since I can communicate with my hub outside my network).

worst customer service on the planet. I don't know how many ways there are to say that my device is not connected. but twice I've talked to customer service, and twice they just hung up on me because by the third time I responded to is your device connected, I was irritated. them- is your device connected? me- no them - Is your device connected? me- no it can't find the bluetooth. them - So you can't connect your device? me - No. the Bluetooth thing is flashing at me. click, AI survey. 🙄
