clear instructions, pretty fast speed processing(8/8/24). As of 10/11/24). The app has been buggy and the keypad does not appear when I seelct the select the "search" (airports) section for a couple of months now. Nor can I select an airline from the scrollable list. I use android phone, there is no update showing needed to the app (a couple of months ago nor now) and I hqve restarted my phone and I've uninstalled and reinstalled.at least once. This makes the app essentially useless for me rn

Never had an issue. Thanks Spirit. Edited- last purchase using their app and only one ticket purchased. Months later, durring check in this was discovered. After hours waiting for a human customer service rep, had to take a different flight, was charged 30k points and $25 to change the paid $550 for the second ticket. Filed a grievance to only be sent a generic email response thanking me for flying spirit. This is probably protocol, but I would have expected better after 20 years as a customer.

have flown on this airline many times over the course of 3 years, and it is getting consistently worse. very difficult to book a flight, and customer service is non-existent. I have been given vouchers that are useless on multiple occasions. loyalty to this airline means absolutely nothing. will look for alternative airline in the future for my travel needs. very dissatisfied with spirit airlines. as a disabled individual that requests wheelchair service even that has been unavailable.
