Terrible app. It tells you to start that you have to turn off your Wi-Fi and cellular service to proceed Only..... it can't proceed from there because your Wi-Fi and cellular service is off. No joke. That was actually the error message I received. It started right off with a catch 22. So pretty much useless and I will be uninstalling it now. 10 of 10. Do not recommend T-Mobile anything. This app was the final piece of a long ordeal.

News. App works after all. It's just that it has to be active and using an active T-Mobile sim card \account. Otherwise/this is why you get the server fail error. Presumably,it looks for IMEI and phone number/account status for the app to actually function properly. That seems to be the key that no instruction guide nor their dog care to mention. Super nonsense. . Hope this finally helps others,,,,,

This shouldn't be such a headache to deal with, show some competency, T-Mobile. The app doesn't appear to be working on Android 10 on my Pixel 3a XL. It simply tells me that there are server errors (which is terrible practice from a development standpoint because it clearly isn't the server). I also can't downgrade to 9 because my phone is carrier locked. I contacted support and after a month of going back and forth with them, they told me to use the app to unlock but it doesn't even work.
