The app is now even more unusable than ever. The new face recognition does not work. Have tried numerous times and every times it says it was unsuccessful. Cannot use app at all. It is still not working 3 months later. And getting told in the call centre ithasn't been working for a few months now.

This app is still broken, same issues in 2023 persist in 2025. Cant sign in because 'exceeded attempts', can't change pin because 'unable to validate your information' yet this is the email the invoices are mailed to. Can't contact support because IT apparently don't work on weekends and it's impossible to get through on the support number during the week. Disgraceful. Update: DM you how? You guys don't even bother to respond to public messages or DM's on X.

Trying to register and do the face scan and successfully authenticated, go back to the app and failed! Every single time. What's going on? Yes I have DM you, emailed you, phoned you and still nothing. You cannot verify your facial scan on this app. Poor communication..
