Our Self Service app allows you to review your RCS Card account details as and when it suits you. You can:

- Get an instant cash loan of up to R250 000
- Check available credit
- Download statements online
- Choose to receive statements via email
- View your favourite retailers' latest deals and promotions
- Change email address details
- Pay your account online
- Get Cash (Available to qualifying users)

Data rates are determined by your network service provider.

For Loans:

- Flexible repayment options; choose from 12 to 60 months.

- Please note our interest rate will never exceed the maximum as prescribed by the NCA of 28.50%. Fees are subject to change and will be affected by customer risk profile.

- Representative Example: Loan amount of R10 000 borrowed for 24 months. Annual Interest Rate: 28.50%. Initiation fee: R1207. Monthly service fee: R69 Total Amount payable: R17 177.47. Monthly instalment amount: R601.73.

The app is now even more unusable than ever. The new face recognition does not work. Have tried numerous times and every times it says it was unsuccessful. Cannot use app at all. It is still not working 3 months later. And getting told in the call centre ithasn't been working for a few months now.

This app is still broken, same issues in 2023 persist in 2025. Cant sign in because 'exceeded attempts', can't change pin because 'unable to validate your information' yet this is the email the invoices are mailed to. Can't contact support because IT apparently don't work on weekends and it's impossible to get through on the support number during the week. Disgraceful. Update: DM you how? You guys don't even bother to respond to public messages or DM's on X.

Trying to register and do the face scan and successfully authenticated, go back to the app and failed! Every single time. What's going on? Yes I have DM you, emailed you, phoned you and still nothing. You cannot verify your facial scan on this app. Poor communication..
